1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, submitting an inquiry, making a reservation, or visiting Xtreme Off Road Park & Beach, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to all posted park rules. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book a visit.

2. Reservations, payments & third parties

Availability, prices, deposits, cancellation terms, and any age or eligibility requirements are shown during the reservation process and form part of your reservation. Reservations may be processed by an approved third-party booking or payment provider, whose terms and privacy practices also apply to that transaction.

3. Park rules, safety & assumption of risk

Off-road activities, water access, rentals, events, and park amenities involve inherent risks. Guests must follow posted rules, staff instructions, and any required safety or waiver process. Participation is voluntary, and guests are responsible for choosing activities appropriate to their experience and condition.

4. Rental equipment & guest property

Guests are responsible for equipment, accommodations, and other property in their care. Do not operate rental equipment while impaired, allow unauthorized drivers, or use equipment outside permitted areas. Additional rental agreements and waivers control where they apply.

5. Damage to accommodations

Guests may be responsible for repair or replacement costs for damage beyond normal wear to cabins, treehouses, RV sites, tiki huts, furnishings, fixtures, or other park property. Any required security deposit may be applied to documented damage, and additional charges may be due when damage exceeds that amount. 6. Website use & content

The site, photographs, copy, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Xtreme and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for unlawful, harmful, or misleading activity.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xtreme is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses connected with site use, a reservation, or a visit. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

8. Changes, governing law & contact
