These visitor rules help keep the trails, water, and shared spaces safe for everyone at Xtreme. Follow staff direction and posted safety guidance while you are on the property.

Check availability & book

On the property

Ride and visit responsibly.

  • No firearms or other weapons anywhere on the property.
  • Keep speeds at or below 10 mph and do not drive recklessly or do donuts.
  • No glass bottles or underage drinking.
  • Dispose of all garbage and respect the shared park spaces.

Guests & vehicles

Bring the right people and paperwork.

  • ATVs may carry no more than one passenger unless the vehicle is a Side-by-Side.
  • Children may not drive without an adult, and all children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • All guests must present identification before entry.
  • Owners bringing Honda Rancher ATVs or Pioneer and Talon Side-by-Sides should be ready to show proof of ownership that matches their ID.
